What the price includes

  • An assigned regular cleaner

What customers provide

For all regular cleans:

  • A safe, working vacuum cleaner
  • A mop suitable for the property’s floors
  • Access to hot water and electricity
  • Any specialist products required for delicate surfaces

If you choose our lower £18/£19 hourly rate, you will also need to provide the cleaning products and cloths you would like the cleaner to use.

When more time may be needed

The first clean may require more time depending on the size and condition of the property, the number of bathrooms, pet hair, clutter, laundry, bed linen changes or other priorities.

The first visit also gives you and your cleaner an opportunity to discuss your requirements and assess how much can realistically be completed within the booked time. If we believe your regular clean requires more time, we will discuss this with you before making any changes.

We will never add extra hours without your agreement.

Possible additional costs

Any paid parking, congestion charges or unusual access costs will be discussed and agreed before the clean. Specialist work outside regular domestic cleaning will not be added without your agreement.

Cancellation and access

Please give at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or change a regular appointment. Any cancellation, missed-access and payment terms will be confirmed when your regular cleaning arrangement is booked.
